The data book is the first dedicated statistic edition examining status and trends in the scientific capacity of Russian Academy of Sciences. The book consists of two parts. The first one presents the information based on the national statistics. Input and output indicators of research activity, including the information on development, use and exportation of advanced manufacturing technologies, are placed in this part of the data book. In the second part, RAS departmental statistic data, supplementary to the state statistic indicators, are disposed.
The publication is based on the information of Rosstat and Russian Academy of Sciences and is addressed to RAS researchers and the top managers of RAS.
