The publication presents statistical information on the government science and technology sector in Russia: human resources, material base and financing. The book consists of three sections.
The first one provides information on government organisations engaged in research and development. The second section presents data on the main economic entities in the government S&T sector such as institutions and unitary enterprises. The third section contains S&T indicators according to the methodology of the Frascati Manual.
The data book is based on Rosstat statistics. The publication is addressed to government officers, researchers, S&T managers, and wide audience.
